hela Sverige As manager for the Architecture & BI Service team you will set the Architecture, Service Strategy and Service Design for the Lindab Group. You will provide BI and Integration Services in the role as IS/IT Service Manager, be part of the IS/IT Management team and report to the CIO.
About the position
The Architecture & BI Service Manager leads a team of four plus manage outsourced Integration and BI services. You manage the Architecture and BI Change Advisory Boards, as well as maintaining Enterprise Architecture. In this role you have stakeholders within the business organization as well as external vendors. You contribute to the development of IT strategies to align with the overall business strategy as well as corporate strategy. You provide processes and procedures for effective delivery of services and implement 'best-practice' standards as well as policies and procedures.
Who are you?
You probably have a university degree and several years' experience from working with IT Architecture plus have had manager responsibility within IT. You have documented experience from the Microsoft service portfolio, Biztalk and SQL, and if you have competence and experience from Microsoft Azure and Dynamics365 is meritorious.
For this role you need to be strongly committed and results-focused. You have a genuine interest in IT and can see the big picture. As a person you are down-to-earth, communicative, have a structured approach and you can lead an organization in change. In this role you need to speak Swedish and English. The role is based in Grevie, Båstad, and it might be possible to work out of Malmö but with presence needed in Grevie several days a week.
