Your responsibilities
As an IS Infrastructure specialist you will apply strong IS infrastructure technology knowledge and expertise to any infrastructure IS activity within all IS process domains.
You will be involved in design and management of: Network (WAN, LAN, WLAN), Windows server (VM), Print management, Interfaces/scripts, AD/Access management, IS Security, Windows client, Software installation/configuration, O365 knowledge SharePoint in particular, AV equipment (meeting rooms etc).
Change management in our environment will be part of your work such as coordination between different suppliers and the PG business.
Management of high severity incidents, incident management includes communication with PG stakeholders and suppliers.
Local counterpart for global IS delivery teams. Identify, propose, advise and implement existing IS infrastructure technology in the context of IS solutions/services and architecture.
On assignment you are also involved in the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of IS solutions/services in regards of infrastructure knowledge.
Advice and support the installation of new IS solutions/services in regards of the required infrastructure.
Provide leadership to temporary work teams, guiding and monitoring task completion, sharing expert knowledge and advice normally without carrying line responsibility.

Your background
You hold a higher education in the field of IT or equivalent related work experience
5+ years of experience in IS/IT operations or management related to IT Infrastructure
Project management certification or relevant experience
ITIL certification is a plus
Good analytical and methodological skills for resolving IT issues
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Open personality and good listener
Strong ability to work in teams or independently
