About this role
This role at Irisity will be our first in pure Marketing and you will be a part of our SaaS-team. As our Marketing Coordinator you will have the overall responsibility for all the marketing, both external communication and our internal projects and brand. The days here will not be the same and you will have varying tasks within the Marketing area (digital channels and print). This role will be responsible for website content as well as social media and other marketing channels and platforms. The one taking up the challenge should love to seek the best way forward and find the most important opportunities to reach our audiences and markets. The role will break new ground by optimizing and developing our Marketing strategy.

Who we think you are
To be successful at this position, you are interested in learning the domain and understand what type of content that will be needed in which channels to maximize the impact. You need to be creative and have an eye for design and layout. This role is a combination of strategic and operational work with both analytical parts and content making (be prepared to get your hands dirty - you need to be a self-driven person to making it possible to both plan, create and execute the whole process from idea to "make it happen").
We think you have:
• A degree in Marketing and several years experience of inbound marketing and lead generation via digital channels
• An analytical as well as a creative mindset
• A curious mind to find new opportunities
• A data-driven mindset to measure impact and improve
• A will to cultivate a deep understanding of Irisity's area of business
You probably have prior experience of B2B marketing, preferably from a SaaS-company. You have a passion for marketing and a desire to optimise, improve and proactively search for new ideas. We also think that you love to use your analythical skills to find out what kind of impact your content makes for Irisity's growth journey. An advantage is if you have an in-depth experience of a successful multi-channel marketing strategy. And last but not least, we think you have outstanding communication skills in both Swedish and English!
