Your main focus area will be:
lead functionally a team of buyers working within electromobility and autonomous projects
Design the Electromobility and autonomous IPS strategy, mission and vision
Optimize depth of engagement depending on needs
Coordinate the communication towards the stakeholders
Develop the business plan, map projects and workload
Individuate gaps/overlaps in deliveries and competences proposing solutions
Coordinate electromobility and Autonomous Solution activities at the markets
Occasionally Be a Buyer when needed and perform operational buying work on EMOB packages (e.g. current RFQ for RT), when needed
Securing the performance in accordance to the purchasing focus areas
You will also be responsible to create the new team that will focus on electromobility and autonomous solutions.

The position is located in Gothenburg.
