About this opportunity
IPR & Licensing is Ericsson's global unit managing and commercializing Ericsson's patent portfolio. The business contributed SEK 10.4 b. in net licensing revenue 2022 through a mix of bilateral patent cross licensing and more structured transactions and business models to monetize patents. IPR & Licensing is organized in BTEB but as a separate BA ("BIPL") in the Financial Model and Governance.

We are now looking for an IPR Commercialization Manager, primarily working with our Contract and Compliance Licensing Application ("CCLA"), a CRM system built on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, and providing support to our team of Account Managers, Legal and other stakeholders in the licensing process. Given the nature of our business we have a customized CRM system built around the licensing process and other patent monetization processes, spanning across pre-sales and post-sales contract management activities. In this role you will be the main driver of the current and future system landscape, identify and coordinate business demands and improvements towards the developers in IT, secure good data quality and provide training and support to the user community. You will become involved in contract management strategy and on a case-by-case basis administrating external audits of licensees.

The position, based in Kista, will report to the Head of Business Management & Finance. You will work closely with the commercial organization within IPR&Licensing, IT and from time-to-time external audit firms.

IPR & Licensing Business Management & Finance is a small team working across Business Control, Business Development, Transaction Management, Contract Management, Commercial Support and M&A IPR support, performing quick business decisions mixed with complex business transactions with significant overlap between strategy, business development, execution and controlling roles in day-to-day activities.

Drive CRM system development & maintenance
Provide training & support and run UAT's
Drive Improvement initiatives across system, metadata architecture, sales process and contract management
Engage in contract management strategy and administer external audits of licensee's

A degree in Business Administration or equivalent other relevant qualification
At least 3 years' experience from relevant positions & tools
Project management skills
Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities
Initiative and drive to take action
Vision and interest in the potential of the system environment
Data analytics skills
Ability to innovate and improve systems and processes
Adherence to Principles & Values
