Job Description
Job Profile:
As a member of a global team, you will have the responsibility to design, transition & operate IP Telephony solutions. You will analyze customer's business needs and constraints, design appropriate telephony solutions, identify the work and time needed to implement them, and then work on the transition of those solutions. You will also take a role in the support (2nd & 3rd level) on voice solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Solid background in the Telecom area.
• Experience on Cisco Communications Manager version 8 and later.
• Solid knowledge of IOS voice configuration.
• Capable of design and troubleshoot integration with third party systems via standard protocols.
• Experience with Solution Design or Network Architecture for Voice infrastructure.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to develop, present and implement different solutions based on customer and business needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication. Language fluency in country of position.
Optional skills:
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems as well as day-to-day user support.
• Experience with Cisco contact center environments.
• Ability to work with Recording, Work Force Management, Attendant solutions
• DECT Telephony knowledge would be strongly appreciated
• Ability to work with Cisco Video environments.
• Experience with Microsoft tools such as UVM and Lync/Skype for Business.
• Experience with Telecom providers.
• Comfortable working with many different groups and building relationships across organizational boundaries.
• Cost consciousness.
• Cisco Voice Certifications are considered to be a plus.
• ITIL v3 certification is optional.
