Responsibilities
• Design, implementation, Training and maintenance of Huawei IP products, including Router, Switch, WIFI and Firewall.
• Responsible for the planning and execution of product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts in the Pre-Sales cycle in close cooperation with the Sales team. This will include hands-on deployment and troubleshooting.
• Providing technical assistance to enterprise customers via phone, email, remote access or onsite.
• Identifying and resolving technical issues onsite under the guide of TAC engineer.
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP and IP products: Router, Switch, Firewall, WIFI
• It's better if the candidate has the certification of mainstream IP vendors, or be familiar with mainstream IP products
• Ability to build effective technical relationships with customers, resells and colleagues on remote support
• Could accept business travel after receiving the shortest notice and could arrange the traveling by himself
• Educational degree: Bachelor above
