Our Exciting Opportunity
We are now looking for a Product Development Leader to secure Ericsson technology leadership and make sure we have the right scope, quality, time and cost for product development.
As an IP Program Manager you would be a vital part of a growing and global organization. Digital ASIC and FPGA sector delivers solutions to PDU Radio and PDU Compute and Digital Silicon for Baseband, Street-Macro and Radio products. The Digital ASIC and FPGA development muscle consists of 600+ R&D professionals in 4 main sites.
The IP Program Manager will report to ASIC & FPGA Program Office Manager (within PDU CDS Operations) and join a global team of skilled and experience IP, FPGA and ASIC PM's.
An IP Program is a long living program that develops IP Blocks towards FPGAs and ASICs. The program typically consists of 4-8 XFT and 1 SoC Architect, and normally spans over several sites.

You will
Be responsible for the planning and execution of an IP Program
Be responsible for the IP Block development for several XFT teams
Manage several partners (i.e. be able to secure deliveries to several ASIC/FPGA projects in parallel)
Ensure quality in deliveries on time
Drive technology and product leadership
Visualize progress, capability and communicate status
Risk Management
Develop teams and organizations
Coach & drive continuous improvements, knowledge sharing and learning


To be successful in the role you have
Academic degree or the equivalent level of knowledge
Min years of experience: 5 years
Domain experience: Ericsson R&D in general and IP/ASIC development in particular
Excellent HW Project Management understanding
Superb communication skills and a good relationship builder
Excellent written and oral communications skills in English
Coaching & mentoring skills
Customer insight and business understanding
