As an Intelligent Property (IP) Program Manager, you will work closely with your colleagues within PDU CDS Operations. Together you will secure deliveries to several ASIC/FPGA projects in parallel and with your experience and knowledge about IP/ASIC, the team will contribute to the development and be a vital part of a growing and global organization.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for planning and development of an IP Program and for the IP Block for several cross-function teams. To be able to drive the technology and product leadership your background contents a great knowledge and experience within the IP/ASIC area. As you will drive continuous improvements and visualize progress you are structed and like to have everything in order. You will also manage several stake holders and are therefore used to several interface and have a high capability to communicate. You are also used to ensure quality in deliveries on time and identify risks in advance.
Key Qualifications
• BSC or equivalent
• IP/ASIC development and HW project management understanding
• Experienced in team leading
• Strong communication skills and a good relationship builder
• Good understanding for right scope, quality, time and cost for product development
• Excellent written and oral communications skills in English
In additional you have coaching and mentoring skills, customer insight and business understanding.
About us
Digital ASIC and FPGA sector delivers ASIC and FPGA solutions to Product Development Unit (PDU) Radio and PDU Compute and Digital Silicon for Baseband, Street-Macro and Radio products. The Digital ASIC and FPGA development muscle consists of 600+ R&D professionals in 4 main sites; Kista, Lund, Austin, China. An IP Program is a long living program that develops IP Blocks towards FPGAs and ASICs. The program typically consists of 4-8 XFT and 1 SoC Architect, and normally spans over several sites.
The IP Program Manager will report to ASIC & FPGA Program Office Manager within PDU CDS Operations and join a global team of skilled and experience IP, FPGA and ASIC PM's
The position is located in Kista, Stockholm and travels may be needed but not required on a frequent basis.
