hela Sverige We are looking for a Patent Paralegal to strengthen the IP team with additional administrative resources. You will be an important team-player in the IP team, working with day-to-day administrative management of Stora Enso's IP portfolio (mainly patents). Drive and develop processes related to formalities and case management. Your location will be either Stockholm or Karlstad and you will report to SVP Group Intellectual Property.

Main Tasks:
Responsible for the administrative part of filing and prosecution of patents
Handling formalities related to the patent portfolio in close co-operation with the Patent Attorneys and external Agents
Manage reports of invention and payment of inventor remuneration
Handle deposits accounts and invoices
Maintain the case management system, create reports and monitor deadlines
Support the IP team with various administrative tasks, such as preparing meetings, economic follow up
Possible administration of trademarks and design registrations

Qualifications
In order to succeed in this role, you have at least 5 years' experience as a patent paralegal. You have a good working knowledge of IP management systems, as well as Office and online filing tools.You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both in writing and orally.
You are service minded and well organized with attention to details. You have a mindset to improve the ways of working, with customer focus. You are a team player with the ability to work independently. Working in a fast-paced environment, with multi-tasking skills, is something you like and are comfortable with.
