Job description
The IP configuration manager position is required to deliver the IP configuration part of TeliaSonera International Carrier services to customers in high quality and time.
The assignment includes the following activities and responsibilities:
• Manage requests for port reservation as part of presales support.
• Prepare, create, verify IP router and switch configurations for TeliaSonera International Carrier standard and non-standard services.
• Manage set up of customer traffic measurements.
• Support sub-contractors with bring-into-service testing.
• Perform migrations, testing, and activations of customer IP services if required also outside normal working hours.
• Document and update all required support systems with high quality.
• Provide expert competence to customers and other internal parties as required.
Qualifications
• Essential to have very good understanding and practical experience in configuration and troubleshooting of the following technologies Ethernet, MPLS L2 and L3 VPN, VoIP, GRX, BGP, HSRP / VRRP, TFTP, IPv6, QoS
• Good understanding of SDH, PDH as well as DWDM transmission technologies.
• Advanced IP router configuration in CISCO IOS and Juniper JUNOS
• CCNP/JNCIS certification or higher
• Knowledge of and ability to use Network inventory and workflow systems (INCA, TWD, Arbor)
• English & Swedish, fluent (written and spoken)

Analytical thinking, accuracy, and ability to work independently, flexible and open-minded, ability to handle multiple projects and stay focused under pressure, very good communication skills are required. You also have business skills, ability to create results and ability to cooperate with others.
