Greenworks is looking for a IoT Systems Manager to our team in Sweden, the position is based in Jönköping.

As IoT Systems manager you will be a key person in our global organization of IoT and digital solutions. Your responsibility will be leading a core team in Sweden as well as interacting with development teams world-wide. You will be the go-to guy of IoT systems, connectivity, and architecture.
Your local team are skilled product owners, architects, and systems engineers. Together you will support the international development projects of battery products and digital solutions. As a gatekeeper of new projects, you add structure and knowledge. You will be a speaking partner for stakeholders, compiling and defining proper technical solutions to meet market requirements. You and your core team will be monitoring and supporting the development until released to market.
A vital role for this position is the representation IoT in various forums. You are comfortable reporting to project managers and steering teams, both locally and internationally.
Who are you?
We are looking for a manager that work close to the technology. You are hands on and believe in leading by example. It's beneficial if you have good understanding of digital solutions and technical details.
New to management but great in tech? You will get superior support as a new manager working close to colleagues in our local management team. In our organizations there are great opportunities to grow and take on new responsibilities.
Suitable background:
- You are B.Sc./M.Sc. Computer Science or Systems Scientist
- You have experience from full stack development
- You have updated knowledge of IoT and digital solutions
- Experience in leading international teams is an advantage
- Experience of systems engineering, and software architecture are appreciated
