About the Role: We are looking for an experienced iOS Developer with strong technical leadership experience to join a small, high-impact team. This hands-on role focuses on modernizing legacy code, driving scalable architectures, and setting the foundation for apps used by millions of users.You will play a key role in shaping technical direction, improving app performance, and ensuring reliability while collaborating across engineering, design, QA, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the evolution of the iOS app, defining technical strategy, architecture, and coding standards for scalability and performance.
Collaborate with engineers, designers, QA, and product owners to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Refactor and modernize legacy components, moving toward a modular, testable, Swift-first codebase (SwiftUI, async/await, Combine).
Drive architecture discussions and define patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, modularization) to support long-term growth.
Own CI/CD and infrastructure improvements, optimizing build times, testing, and release automation.
Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote a culture of technical excellence.
Ensure performance, quality, and security through tools like Instruments, MetricKit, and automated testing frameworks.
Take ownership of key initiatives end-to-end, from design to release, ensuring maintainable and robust solutions.

Requirements:
10+ years of iOS development experience with deep expertise in Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, and modern concurrency.
Proven experience leading technical direction or architectural initiatives for large-scale apps.
Strong knowledge of software design principles, dependency injection, and modular architecture.
Skilled in refactoring and modernizing complex codebases.
Passionate about code quality, testing, and automation (unit, UI, and snapshot tests).
Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems (Fastlane, Xcode Cloud, Codemagic, or GitHub Actions).
Excellent communicator and mentor, capable of building technical alignment across teams.
Proactive, forward-thinking, and focused on improving app performance, reliability, and developer experience.
Experience with Firebase, MapKit, StoreKit, or large-scale mobile data architecture is a plus.
