As an iOS intern at Fyndiq you'll be part of a passionate team of app developers, building a product that will be used by millions on a global market. You will learn and try out new technologies and contribute to an awesome shopping experience for our high expectation users. Give us your passion and ambition and we promise you'll learn a lot in our fast-paced and dynamic workplace!
You as an iOS intern @ Fyndiq will:
• Join a passionate, self organizing, agile team of experienced app developers
• With coaching from your buddy and the team, take part in developing the Fyndiq iOS Shopping app and its app specific services
• Be involved in all parts of the product development process, having real responsibility and ownership
• Get a good understanding of design patterns and architecture
• Learn how to write readable, maintainable and testable code
• Work with a wide diversity of colleagues
So, pack your bags with:
• Ongoing or soon to be finish CS or similar education
• Experience trying out iOS development and a hobby project, a school project or an app in App Store that you can tell us about
• Your curious and self going mindset with a drive to learn more
Bonus points you might have:
• Experience trying out git or other source control tool
• Understanding of using a REST API
• NodeJS
• Unit testing
The team
The Fyndiq App team is a cross functional team from 6 different nationalities, working closely together from idea to release. They will be more than happy to introduce you to the Fyndian way, Frun-day, the holy Wednesday Fika, planting and skiing.
