hela Sverige Over the past year, we have been rebuilding our consumer applications and launching new experiences on both desktop and mobile app. Expect to collaborate closely with product, design and backend teams to build new features, drive technical direction, and build scalable apps targeting hundreds of thousands of daily users.Some of the experiences on the team include:Analysis of system requirements and break down into implementation requirements and other work tasks.Preparation and release of new functionalities, maintenance and support of developed features.Work with backend teams to determine and ensure necessary backend functionality based on product requirements.Use knowledge of latest-developments in iOS to propose product improvements and efficient development strategies.Produce functional application components based on product specs communicated via wireframes, mockups, and Jira tickets.Identifying ways to improve our technology and processThe Verisure app is used by our customers to administrate and monitor their smart home alarm system. It enables our customers to control their system by arm/disarm the alarm, lock/unlock the door, switch on/off the lights etc. The mobile app is a central part of Verisure's customer offer and is continuously growing with new functionality. The team works with hybrid applications using iOS combined with front-end development in mainly JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS.You will be successful in this role if:You have a technical degree or equivalent experience with a strong foundation in the fundamentals of computer science.Strong experience in iOS, Xcode, Objective-C(our main language) and preferably Swift, as well as version handling (Git).Familiarity with Apple processes, iOS best practices, common design patterns, and object-oriented design.Familiarity with Agile ways of working, as we use Scrum daily.You're passionate about coding and spend your free time, improving your skill set and discovering the latest trends.Experience of working with hybrid applications using JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS would be a bonus.Knowledge of frameworks, security, validation of input, sessions, encryption as well as REST and databases would be valuable.We are looking forward to receiving your application!
