hela Sverige Stockholm Headhunting has now been commissioned to find a skilled iOS Developer to Accedos Head office in central Stockholm.
Accedo is a multinational company founded 2004 in Sweden and is today a market leading supplier of TV/video application solutions. They work with some of the largest media companies, TV operators and hardware manufacturers on the market and have customers like Netflix, HBO, Spotify, Viaplay and LG. More than 100 million users worldwide use Accedos applications and they are focused on the very latest technologies.
Accedo consists of around 280 dedicated employees and offers a global environment with offices in 12 countries, including London, New York, Sillicon Valley, Hong Kong and Sydney. As the company now expands they seek a fabulous mobile developer ho wants to help them design, deliver and shape the future of consumer TV/Video user experience across a vast range of connected devices.
As an iOS Developer you will be a part of Accedos agile mobile team working with responsibility for the development of their TV/video consumer apps Via GO and the innovation of new products, including AppGrid. These technologies make it easy to handle and control the UI and configuration of huge amount of mobile clients in an efficient way. In the roll you will also become part of the company's knowledgeable development team that currently consists of about 50 people divided into several teams working on different parts of the organization. They also work with a focus on TDD and tight agile interaction with QA.
We are looking for you who have some years of experience within mobile development with a focus on iOS. You have a genuine technical interest and keeps up to date on what’s happening in the iOS-world and tech news, like Swift. You understand how to handle performance factors in the client app, like large amounts of content while still preserving smooth swiping. It’s also an advantage if you have experience in app development with high demands on flows and responsivity. We prefer that you have a relevant university degree and good knowledge of English, since that’s the company language.
As a person you are open, efficient and with great personal drive and you like to take initiatives. You are a prestigeless problem solver who enjoys working in small, efficient teams towards common goals. You want to develop together with your colleagues and want to help improve the agile work. We believe that you have an eye on the latest in mobile development, are curious about new techniques and are happy to share your knowledge.
