hela Sverige The Delivery Support Volvo Team is a part of Sales Management within Product & Vehicle Sales and responsible for the deliveries of Volvo CBU trucks from Tuve, Gent and Blainville. We are now looking for a new team member that would like to be a part of our exciting journey to continue to improve our customer service and way of working together with our colleagues at GTO and Volvo Trucks.
As Invoicing & Delivery Coordinator you will have the responsibility to support deliveries to our Volvo customers around the world. You will cooperate with both internal and external organizations to insure that delivery plans are met, and take corrective actions if needed.
Main Activities & Responsibilities
• The role as single point of contact supporting the sales organization with production deviation information and customer with transport information.
• Execution of the administrative flow and follow-up of the outbound deliveries to agreed delivery point.
• Invoicing of CBU trucks and issuing of necessary transport and customs documents.
• Ensuring that delivery plans are met and take actions and support business with prioritization when deviations occur.
• Be involved in the performance in the Delivery process through networking and follow up on relevant KPI 's
• Cooperation with both internal and external organizations, such as GTO CVA & LS, CCR, ACC, Banks, Shipping companies and Customs.

Required Competencies & Skills
• Proficiency in English language is required.
• Critical to be customer oriented with a true service mindset.
• An excellent team player who can drive changes and move towards common visions and goals.
• Ability to work independently and take initiatives.
• Target driven and proactive.
• Ability to handle several different IT systems.
• Experience from industrial and/or commercial processes.
• An interest for cultural integration, preferably with international business experience.
• It's an advantage to have experience of logistics processes and knowledge of delivery and payment terms for outbound transport solutions.
• It's an advantage to have experience in Letter of Credit.
• It's an advantage to have a University degree or other relevant education.
