THE ROLE
As Invoicing Coordinator you will work in our Finance department with 30 employees and you will be part of a team of 12 persons. You will be in charge of the invoicing process for different business units.
As our Invoicing Coordinator, you will:
• Manage and follow up on customer sales orders to be able to invoice
• Enter and validate sales orders in our information systems
• Control and validate the timesheet of the consultants and make sure they can report their time
• Control and produce the customer invoices in compliance with customer requirements
• Guarantee the revenue recognition and participate to monthly closing by validating the WIP
• Be the main contact of managers for all topics related to administrative follow-up on their activities (creation of project, set-up of selling price, set-up of invoicing elements)
YOUR PROFILE
To be considered for this position we expect you to have a previous experience of at least 2 years in an administrative department. You speak both Swedish and English. Knowledge about Agresso is a plus.
Responsible and rigorous, you appreciate teamwork and want to integrate quickly a dynamic department. You are able to plan, prioritize your work and to adapt during high activity period. You like to work on process improvement and solve problems.
