You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in business steering or finance related field as well as a minimum of 3 years of experience working in large international structure. You have knowledge in the following areas: * financial models and investment calculation principles and process * Expansion and Real Estate processes * company legal obligations, governance and performance * IKEA business navigation processes * cross functional experience of IKEA operations * IKEA concept, brand objectives, values and vision * how to create and implement change initiatives and manage stakeholders in IKEA * IKEA multichannel shopping experienceTo be successful in this role, you need to have strong analytical capability as well as the capability to solve problems. You are able to translate business needs into financial consequences and solutions. Furthermore, you are result oriented with a strong sense of urgency and you have the ability to create energy and commitments around the growth and profitability agenda. We believe that you communicate and present clearly within specific areas of expertise and with IKEA tone of voice.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESThe purpose with this job is to be responsible to develop and ensure Ingka Strategic Expansion plan, related investment processes, portfolios and expansion business cases of new and existing Customer Meeting Point (CMPs), with the aim to secure sustainable growth, profitability and operational excellence. You will: * develop the Strategic Ingka Expansion plan including related processes and working methods * be responsible for portfolio content, reporting and data management, project and portfolio status, analysis and follow up of the Retail market penetration portfolio and More IKEA portfolio * be responsible for the development, coordination and administration of the investment process of expansion projects and activities, including governance and reviews, tools and templates, working methods and communication, analysis and follow-up * be responsible for the development, support and follow-up of consolidated Expansion business cases in new and existing markets including the assessment of new markets * develop, support and follow-up on Expansion development and reinvestment (SISAN - Store In Shape As New) projects in new and existing CMPs * be responsible to define operational capabilities of new CMPs, give input to and ensure alignment with connected development plans and dependencies in other functions (e.g. CFF, Digital and Finance). * contribute to setting goals and KPI's for Group Expansion and matrix * be responsible for the budget process, project cost allocations and follow-up for Group Expansion * contribute to Expansion process development, project management and operations * work across functions within Ingka Group and collaborate with other IKEA units * drive an open and sharing climate, being a role model of the IKEA values
