As Business Architect you will work towards strengthening IFs digitalization processes within the CFO organization. You will enter a landscape of well-functioning IT solutions in a steady performing organization with great capacity to further growth and innovation. YOUR WORKDAY
As Business Architect at IF you are the person who understands Business' needs and requirements and interprets this into new or better IT solutions, towards IT architects and other stakeholders at IT. You as Business Architect will develop the quality of financial reporting information in the Nordic and Baltic region by improving processes, data and systems.
You will establish relationships across the CFO organization with an emphasis on Local accounting, Corporate accounting, Controlling and Actuarial processes.
A main responsibility as Business Architect is to initiate and drive projects within digitalization. As a whole, this is an investigative and driving role towards improvement projects with great influence on IF's CFO organization.

You work in a methodical and organized manner and see yourself as a structured project manager when performing your day-to-day tasks. You appreciate when things are not completely as they seem to be at first sight and enjoy using your analytical skills to investigate further. You have a natural way of using your curiosity to grasp new situations.
Needed Experiences in the Business Architect role:
• Experience of at least 5-10 years of relevant working experience in processes, information models and system architecture in the financial area.
• You have proven project manager skills and ability to structure, describe and present complex issues
• You have a proactive approach towards work assignments
• You are structured and analytical with a good ability to work both in teams and independently
• Solution oriented with ability to see the holistic view as well as the details
• Academic degree in IT or Business Administration
• Ability to communicate well in English, both orally and in writing
