Job Description
For this position as Inventory Controller (Nordic) you will be part of a great team and report to the Supply Chain Inventory Supervisor. You will be responsible for:
* Plan, prepare and coordinate all Inventory counts of consignment, instruments and equipment 's sets
* Conduct consignment inventory efficiency analysis on a regular basis on account level
* Plan and conduct consignment inventory optimizations in collaboration with Sales teams, supply chain controllers and customers
* Participate in inventory optimization meetings
* Conduct and secure the entire consignment return process in relation to consignment optimization
* Conduct counts or participate as independent person in inventory counts at high risk accounts, which will include some travel within the Nordic Region.
* Cooperate with Supply Chain Controller regarding consignment master management
* Take action on open issues in weekly controls
* Continuously participate in developing the inventory count process in close cooperation with relevant stakeholders
Your profile
We are looking for a candidate who has experience from a similar position within controlling and inventory and preferable with an education in economics or related. You are also experienced in working with Excel and ERP systems.
As a person you are curious, positive, highly motivated and result driven. We believe that you have good analytical skills, are well organized and have attention to details. Since you will have a lot of internal and external contacts it is important that you can work well in teams and that you have strong communication skills. You are also fluent in both Swedish and English.
