Mobis Parts Europe, headquartered in Frankfurt, which is part of the Hyundai Motor Group is responsible for the distribution of spare parts and accessories for KIA and Hyundai in Europe. We have branches in Belgium, Germany, England, Spain, Italy, Hungary and Sweden. From Sweden, we offer services to approximately 700 retailers in the Nordic and Baltic countries. Our warehouse is located in Jönköping and sales office in Upplands Väsby.
We are now looking for a temporary Inventory Management Assistant to cover during a maternity leave. The maternity leave is expected to start roughly in end of May/beginning of June and last until March 2017 with possibility to be extended. But training and introduction for the position will start immediately.
You will be part of the IM department (Inventory Management) together with 2 other IM assistants.
The department is responsible for the full range of parts and accessories which means everything from forecasts and analyzes necessary to purchase orders and invoice approval. You need to be solution-oriented and meticulous in your analysis when daily handle back orders and ad hoc missions that require fast solutions. In parallel with the daily tasks you will participate in improvement projects to raise the quality of the company flows and processes. You communicate regularly with Mobis other departments and manufacturing units and external suppliers around the world. English is the everyday language in all communications, both internally and externally.
If you are detail oriented and flexible and prefers a work situation that place high demands on multitasking and structure you will enjoy working here. You like to network with new people and feel secure and comfortable in both physical and virtual meetings. You are fluent in English, in both speech and writing and have very good knowledge of MS Office and Excel. The work tasks require good analytical skills and a willingness to solve all tasks in an efficient and responsible manner. You are collaborative and are communicative in your meetings with internal and external contacts.
We expect you to have at least a secondary education and some years of professional experience. Education and /or work experience in logistics & inventory management is an advantage. It is also an advantage if you have previously worked with SAP and/or other major ERP systems. Driving license is required. Korean language skills is an advantage.
