hela Sverige We are looking for a Controlling Consultant to our client within the automotive industry. You will be hired as a consultant at Poolia. The preferred starting date is as soon as possilble and the duration is one year with possibilities to be extended. About the position
The company designs, sources, sells and distributes merchandise goods as an integrated supplier to our client's concern network in more than 100 countries. They operate from locations in Sweden and the US.
As an Inventory and Business Controller you are going to be responsible for Inventory Controlling and Business controlling with following tasks:
• Prepare stock replenishment proposals for a broad range of articles
• Identify slow moving articles and to provide management with decision support
• Actively work to improve stock availability, increase inventory turn-over and reduce obsolescence
• Extract data from our ERP-system (Microsoft Dynamics AX) to Excel
• Process data in Excel and maintain standardized reports
• Supply management with both ad-hoc and standardized reports
The role is also responsible for updating and maintaining data in integrated sales channels within the companys network.
Your profile
The Inventory and Business Controller that we are looking for has the following experience and knowledge:
• High proficiency in Excel especially in managing pivot tables with large amounts of underlying data and how to extract and import data from external sources
• Very good understanding and experience from ERP-systems on a superuser-level.
• Preferred educational background is business administration.
• Key factors in personality is structure and accuracy combined with a common sense understanding of business processes.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Swedish.
