Internship with us at Kappahl So fun that you want to have your internship with us! An internship as a Test Lead/Tester at Kappahl, you are involved and contribute to the changes we make in out IT systems. You do this by supporting the planning activity for tests, both manual and automated tests, as early as possible in the requirements phase, and then support in leading your colleagues through the necessary test activities. Together with other Test Leads you will evaluate and develop methods and test standards, test tools, templates, training, etc. and participate in test forums for Kappahl's Test Leads.

To have your internship with us, your internship needs to be included in an education or to take place through the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen).

Your profile We are seeking you who has an interest in the test process and tests, and are studying test management or similar. You communicate freely in Swedish and English in both speech and writing. We work in a team-based organization and value that you are communicative and unpretentious to promote the work based in an agile mindset.
You are open to new impulses and are interested and understand the technology but have your focus on the test process that creates value to the business. You take great responsibility for your work, pay attention to details and follow up your work.
You have a good understanding of integration- and acceptance tests and you like to build test plans and perform tests. It is very meritorious if you have experience in how to build test plans in Azure DevOps and automate them with RSAT.
