An Internship at H&M
So, what does it mean to join us as an intern at our HQ in Stockholm? During your internship you will get the opportunity to assist a pattern maker in one of our product teams within the H&M Group. Together with the rest of the team, you will be involved in developing collections sold worldwide in all our markets. This is a great opportunity to learn from and be influenced by experienced colleagues from diverse backgrounds to develop your own skills and competences!

What can H&M Group offer you as an intern?
• A 6-month contract including the possibility of 3 months extension (max 9 months in total including the initial 6 months) if both parties agree.
• A paid internship.

We're looking for Pattern Making Graduates who:
• Graduating from a Pattern Making/Cutting Program from earliest fall 2019 and latest summer 2022.
• Has knowledge of pattern making in Cad system Lectra, 3D software (eg CLO 3D, Browzwear etc), sewing and textile materials.
• Have passion for fashion.
• Have strong analytical skills and is business minded.
• Are driven and result oriented.
• Are team players with leadership skills.
• Are fluent in English.
• Have experience within the fashion/retail industry is meriting.

This is what will happen during the assessment for the internship/student placement program:
9th January - the last day to hand in your application.
10th January - as a first step you will receive assessment tests to your email. Please complete these latest 16th January.
The Talent Acquisition Team will evaluate all applications after the tests are completed.
25th January - Assessment Days with MS Teams interviews. During the Assessment Day you will also be asked to do a drawing test.
When all steps of the assessment are completed, we will make the final selection of candidates.
