Job Description
Your contribution to something big
You will support in the digitalization of trainings
Support with maintenance of web-based information platforms for internal and external stakeholders
Actively participate in the department's improvement and development activities
Support your team with daily ad hoc tasks (e.g. plan meetings and workshops, maintain department databases, other organizational topics)
Qualifications
What distinguishes you
You have an optimistic attitude, innovative spirit and good communication skills
You have social competence, the endurance to follow up tasks and the ability to work efficiently in a team
You can work independently and have a structured / well organized way of working, with a strong sense of taking own initiatives
You have already gathered some previous work experience
You feel confident with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint
You are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
You are an enrolled student pursuing Bachelor / master's in business administration, engineering, international communication or comparable
