Do you want to gain important work experience and invaluable networking opportunities? Diversity Challenge offer university students with multicultural experiences a Nordic internship with Vattenfall, located in Solna Arenastaden.
Business Unit Distribution Nordic operates the largest electricity distribution network in Sweden and we distribute electricity for everyday life to 900 000 customers all over Sweden. Our daily operations include connecting new network customers and maintain and invest in our network assets to give our customers a high quality of supply 24/7. In addition to this, we measure and report our customer?s electricity consumption and generation. Business Unit Distribution has 800 employees and has operations in 3 legal entities, Vattenfall Eldistribution AB, Gotlands Energi AB and Västerbergslagens Energi AB.

This department is responsible for managing all of Vattenfall Eldistributions customer relations within both B2B and B2C segments. Your tasks will depend on your own academic background and interests and could include one or more of the following areas:
• Manage a couple of smaller projects within the field of market research, e.g. segmentation
• Assist in driving a pilot project on how market communication can be executed from a Diversity perspective
• Find out new interesting tools to use in order to measure our Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)
• Mapping religious festivities and cultural events from a Diversity perspective to ensure no outages are planned during important holidays
The internship is a fulltime paid placement for 6-9 months starting April 2015 alternatively September 2015.
Your profile
You are most likely a graduate in the field of Business administration, Sociology, Marketing or other relevant field of studies. Additionally, we would like to see that you:
• Have strong problem solving capabilities and drive to see your projects through
• Are proficient in written and oral English
• At least basic Swedish is required
As a person you are well structured and performance oriented, you take independent initiative and hold strong social competence. You will acquire a lot of internal and external contact with stakeholders hence, the role requires you to be service minded as well as flexible.
