Diversity Challenge offer university students with multicultural experiences a Nordic internship with Vattenfall, located in Solna Arenastaden.
Vattenfall is a leading European energy company delivering electricity and heat to several million customers in the Nordic region and Northern Europe. Vattenfall produces electricity and heat from six energy sources ? wind power, nuclear power, natural gas, biomass, coal power and hydro power.

As a partner in Diversity Challenge, Vattenfall offers an internships within the business unit sales Nordic to newly graduated academic candidates with multicultural experience. The business unit sales Nordic division includes, Business Control, Business Steering, Credit and Risk. As a part of the business unit sales Nordic team you will work with business controlling, analysis of results, reporting, forecasting and business planning.
The internship is fully paid and has a duration of four to twelve month with start in March/April.
Your profile
We see that you have a university degree in the field of Business Administration or a MBA. As person you are well-structured and performance oriented. You take independent initiative and hold a strong social competence. You are self-driven and you can handle stressful situations. You also demonstrate the ability to:
• Be analytical
• Have a strong problem solving capability
• Be able to work in MS Ofiice (especially in Excel and Power Point)
• Have experience in SAP which is meritorious
You need to be able to communicate well in English both written and oral, and Swedish is meritorious. You will acquire a lot of internal and external contact with stakeholders hence, the role requires you to be service minded as well as flexible.
