hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Net Departo Toshi AB i Stockholm In our 2-year Nordic Trainee Program at Net Departo you are expected to accelerate your skills rapidly and become a well grounded E-commerce expert , who can develop and grow E-commerce companies fast.
The program rotates you, and you will be working and learning about different fields of E-commerce during the two years.
The program will cover:
Online Marketing & Business Intelligence - You will learn about SEO, analytics, Adwords, social media, retargeting and be responsible for large marketing budgets
Sourcing - You will visit and negotiate with suppliers, make systems for purchasing and do purchase orders
Business Operations & Development - You will learn about logistic systems, shops systems, economic systems and web optimization
Administration & Management - You will get to do all the daily critical routines that online shops have and be responsible for one or more employees
You will work at portfolio companies' offices in different Nordic countries during the Trainee Program and from the HQ in Stockholm.
With the program we offer a unique chance to get in-depth and hands-on E-commerce experience within the Nordics for ambitious newly graduates who are keen to make a career in E-commerce.
After the two year program, we will offer the right candidates positions as COO, CTO, CFO, CMO or maybe even as CEO in one of our portfolio companies.

What we expect from you:
We only hire the most talented graduates for the trainee program and have high expectations. We are looking for profiles who are:
Entrepreneurial & hungry. You want a chance to prove yourself and have extraordinary drive for results and have delivered results before.
Team player and open minded. The right attitude and interest in Internet Retailing.
Newly graduated from a business school with good grades. Requirement is a Master's degree or extreme interest in E-commerce.
Nationality does not matter, but you need to be fluent in English and in one of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish or Danish)
Optimal - Experience with Adwords, web design, programming, consulting, e-commerce, online marketing or purchasing
