In your role, you will work with to develop and streamline the purchasing process. You will analyze, develop and maintain processes and savings opportunities, and to develop, establish and implement purchasing strategies. The work carried out in close collaboration with our internal customers and clients as well as with our external partners and suppliers.

Your main duties:
Handle orders in the purchasing system
Analyze and develop purchasing strategies
Provide support for the activities of procurement-related issues
Follow the development of product and supplier market within the company's area
Monitoring of the agreements
Ensure that the purchasing function has sufficient knowledge of the operations needs
Preparing the ground for the formation of the contract on the basis of what has been ordered
Analyze purchasing processes and identify and quantify the beneficial effects
Controlling the needs of the qualified suppliers
Measuring supplier performance and act on anomalies
Work on continuous improvement of the purchasing process

Qualifications:
Post-secondary education in purchasing or equivalent background, or documented work experience in the field. Good computer skills. Speak Swedish and English in both speech and writing. Chinese is a merit. It is an advantage if you have proven experience of negotiations.
