We are growing rapidly. Last year we increased both order intake and the team of Teleoptimists (that's what we call ourselves) and today we are 200 colleagues, representing many cultures, located at 18 offices around the globe.
Now we are on the lookout for yet another star to our team based in Stockholm, Sweden. As our new WFM Consultant you will implement Teleopti WFM and together with our partners and sales managers, identify and understand the needs of our customers and prospects. Now is an excellent time to join and make your mark! This is a highly autonomous role, with the freedom to develop and implement your ideas as part of an innovative and collaborative team.
Tasks can be:
• Lead workshops and guide the customer through the implementation and system configuration
• Train and support customers and partners in Teleopti WFM
• Analyze customer data and suggest improvements through consultancy services and operational assessments
• Take an active part in maintaining a high product usage and satisfaction at our customers base
• Be part of project implementations in the Nordics and the rest of Europe.
How about you?
Ideal candidate has technical university degree, an analytical and problem-solving attitude combined with excellent communication skills in Swedish and English. Knowledge in other European languages, primarily German, French and Spanish, is considered advantageous.
You should have a minimum of two years of experience from project management or other consultancy roles. Experience from working with business solution systems like WFO/HR/CRM is considered an advantage.
You are a person with drive and analytical skills who likes to be a part of a team. You take creative initiatives, have a passion for new challenges and work systematically to achieve your goals. You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where change is a natural element and the decision paths are short.
The position is located in Stockholm, but requires frequent traveling in the Nordic countries as well as in Europe.
