Become one of our 20 International Trainees at Vattenfall. Each of the trainee positions is unique, linked to a department within a specific business area and a working location. This means that each position has its own specific responsibilities, challenges and matching profile. Next to your personal development in this unique position you will be enjoying one year of all we have to offer. Your trainee year will be filled with meet-ups with your international trainee team with likeminded individuals. You will be meeting up virtually to work on assignments and live during four seminar weeks where you will be visiting our power plants and growing your superpowers with a variety of trainings.
Your role as a Trainee - Recruitment Data Analyst
In your role as Recruitment Data Analyst you will become part of our Attract & Recruit team. Together you will work hard to ensure the best service and experience for our customers and candidates. As a Recruitment Data Analyst you make sure that the Attract & Recruit team is aware of the potential gaps and improvement points in their service. You are on top of the data and nothing escapes your attention.
Your daily activities:
You will analyse recruitment data flows and provide insights regarding candidates and recruitment
You will help us improve the forecasting of recruitments and recruitment related activities, i.e employer branding campaigns and student relations events.
Tracking of our KPI's will be an important aspect of your job, and you will make sure that we get the best insights from the data
Administration and reporting. More excitingly, you will draw conclusions and insights from the reports and present it.

As a Trainee - Recruitment Data Analyst you recognize yourself in the following:
You have a Master's degree in HR and/or Data analytics
You are brilliant with numbers and data, and you love finding the insights and value that is hidden in different types of data.
You get excited when presenting your findings to stakeholders and you can do this in an energizing way both in written and when presenting it live in your own words.
You feel comfortable working with people in all parts of the organization.
You are our ideal trainee if you are a recent graduate with an academic degree or you graduate before September 2022. You are fluent in English. Skills in other world languages can be a merit. You are willing to relocate for possible assignments throughout the organization. And of course, you identify yourself with our principles: active, open, positive and safe.
Location:
You will be working in the department Attract & Recruit, reporting to Linn Rejström, Director of Attract & Recruit, and the position is located in either Stockholm, Berlin or Amsterdam.

Selection period starts in February with online tests followed by the interviews in March. An assessment is also part of the recruitment process and will take place in April. The recruitment process will be finalized around the end of April. The last step will be a pre-employment screening. Starting date of the Vattenfall International Trainee Programme will be September 1st 2022.
