hela Sverige Join our global client, a leading company within the Automotive Industry, building a world leading recruitment organization, in forefront when it comes to recruitment technology, processes and candidate experience in a truly global setting. In this role you will be responsible and take ownership for all recruitments for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
About the position
As a Senior Recruiter for EMEA, you will have full life cycle recruitment accountability for all sales companies within the region. You will act as an advisor & partner to local HR and managers in the regions, to support current and future needs and ensure a full understanding of their local recruitment and legal hiring requirements.
Your responsibilities will include attracting the right talent globally by proactively sourcing, searching and connecting with people around the world. You will attend People Fora 's and management meetings with EMEA to keep in line with current initiatives and future plans. Also, you will ensure that we hire top talent whose values are in line with the culture by screening, interviewing and conducting psychometric tests.
This is initially a temporary assignment during about a year. Our client aim to have this person onboard in the beginning of February 2020. The assignment will initially be ongoing until 31 January 2021. About you
To be successful in this role you have a University degree and at least 5 years of experience in recruitment/search. We seek an established high-volume recruiter from a well-recognized search firm or in house recruiter from a multinational company. It is a plus if you have experience in proactive search and have worked in a global environment with recruitments internationally. you must be fluent in English, both verbally and written and comfortable with working with non-native English speakers.
Competence and experience is important, but personality is key! We are looking for someone who is passionate and engaged. We work with many different stakeholders internationally while having tight deadlines, You need to have high integrity, strong communication and cooperation skills. Furthermore, we work in a fast paced and sometimes demanding environment so you need to be very business and performance driven.
