Your tasks include handling orders, such as registration, follow-up, invoicing, administration - you're simply the customer's go-to-guy or girl. We assume you understand the process Manufacturer - Warehouse - Carrier - Retailer - End customer. You must also be prepared to be active in the sales department, take care of complaints and reply to customers. You are the spider in the net who is responsible for the customer contact, mainly via mail but also via telephone calls. It is meritorious if you have experience in SAP and / or have some knowledge of electrical products.
