We want a person who has at least a few years of experience from a support function. You are efficient and a natural problem solver and service mindness comes naturally to you. You are of course fluent in Dutch and English, in speech and writing (applies to both languages) and if you in addition know Swedish, it is a great advantage

You are ready to give your customers the best service possible even in stressful situations. You are a self-driven and always keen to live up to your promises. As a person, we believe you are responsible, and pay great attention in delivering what you promised.

On behalf of our customer, CarpetVista, we are looking for a Dutch-speaking star to join their customer service support in Limhamn, Malmö! To fit in here, you should be as serviceminded, prestigeless, responsible and ambitious as your prospective colleagues.

Thanks to the internet it is now possible to purchase hand-knotted quality carpets at prices that have not previously been possible. CarpetVista.com was started in June 2005 and is operated by CarpetVista AB located in Malmö, Sweden. The company has expanded rapidly and is now the largest online carpet shop in the world.
