Together with Oddwork, we are looking for an International Sales Manager to our Nordic sales team!

About the position as International Sales Manager
As International Sales Manager, you will be a part of the Nordic sales team and handle a sales territory that stretches from Sweden and outside the borders to our Scandinavian neighbors in Denmark, Norway, Iceland and Finland. Your key task will be to ensure the best coverage of the assigned region and consistent development as well as improvement of the selling organization. During your daily job, you will be the interface between the customer and MTS and assist the customer in every step of the project phase as well as after delivery. You will lead the selling pursuit with the involvement of order administration, application engineering, project engineering and service sales. You continuously identify and develop potential new business areas as well as key accounts, and coordinate customer activities to create strong partnerships and new business opportunities within your sales territory.

In your role as International Sales Manager you will build a global network and work together with interesting customers such as Formula One and the biggest companies within the automotive and aerospace sector. As a new team member of MTS, you will be enrolled in an onboarding plan with a mentor and receive internal product training to get a kick-start in your role!

We believe that you have a technical or engineering degree within mechanics, electronics or similar. You have previous field sales experience in technical selling for industrial technical products or projects. Through your background you bring knowledge about material testing and material testing systems. You have excellent skills in Swedish and English, other Scandinavian languages are meritorious. You are proficient with MS Office and previous experience within CRM and SAP is a plus. Driver's license is mandatory.
