Right now, we are searching for an International Sales Manager, whose skills and experiences make our team unstoppable.

About the position
In this role, you will be responsible for building, generating, and enhancing sales and distribution of Twistshake brand in your area of responsibility.
Key responsibilities:
• Searching for new clients globally
• Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts
• Constantly reviewing client's performance and monitor their work, so that relevant information can be provided to the management
• Making sure all sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within the given time scales
• Taking the initiative and efforts to develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues that slow down or hamper the export procedures and activities
In addition to these responsibilities, you will attend trade shows and client meetings on regular basis.

Our wishes
• Proven experience working with B2B sales as International Sales Manager/ Sales Export manager
• Existing network in the market, preferable FMCG, Pharmacy/Medical Devices and Baby industry distributors
• Experience with the Baby product segment is beneficial
• Strong interpersonal communication skills to gain trust and develop healthy, professional relationships with the clients and vendors
• An entrepreneurial spirit and energetic mindset that makes you go all the way towards reaching your targets
• Multitasking with the ability to prioritize work based on the given deadlines
• Open to travel
• Excellent knowledge of English is a must, knowledge of German and/or French and/or Spanish is a plus
