Company Overview:

moneTy is a small startup that was established in 2013 and is a leading provider of in- sourced sales solutions. Today we are looking to add new talents to our always expanding sales teams for one of our major clients.

The product you will be selling for is the biggest business forum in Northern Europe which is called Nordic Business Forum.

As for Nordic Business Forum, within Sales Executive role you will be selling delegate tickets and potentially sponsorship packages in EMEA with a focus on Middle East market primarily. Previously we've had the likes of Sir Richard Branson, Sir Alex Ferguson and Arnold Schwarzenegger as some of high profile speakers.

We are looking for those who are passionate about sales and closing deals and those who wish to have a long term career in a vibrant and young company.

Sounds like you? Then you might be the candidate we are looking for to join our sales team in our new office in heart of Stockholm.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account management.
• Provide realistic forecasting to the manager on weekly and monthly basis.
• Create a realistic pipeline for sales.
• Meet monthly KPIs on contacts made.
• Invest in the team and company.

Requirements:

• Outstanding proven sales record.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is must.
• Previous experience in sales within the conference industry.
• Preferably have an experience within the hospitality industry.
• Hold Swedish personal number.

Compensation:
• Basic salary as well as commissions on top of it.
• Attractive bonuses on exceeding targets.
