Workwide Group is a Sweden-based recruitment marketing company founded in 2014 running job boards and recruitment services to help multilingual talent find job opportunities abroad. After a weak year due to Covid-19 market impacts (closed borders, hiring freezes etc) we believe our customers and the market in general will bounce back during Q1 2021. We are therefore investing in various marketing efforts as well as a brand-new internal software to help us become even more efficient in connecting job seekers looking to move abroad with international employers in need of multilingual talent. In relation to these investments and the market outlook we are looking to ramp up and strengthen our sales team with dedicated and talented people in the role we call Partnership Manager.
About the job
The main focus of this role is to find and initiate business discussions with potential customers, identify and understand the customer challenge(s), advise accordingly and sign agreements accordingly. The job is mainly done through outreach sales initiatives from our office in Karlstad, Sweden (phone, web meetings, LinkedIn dialogues and e-mails).
Responsibilities
Customer acquisition (A-Z)
Account management and revenue growth amongst your portfolio of acquired customers
Upselling and cross-selling
Negotiation of fees and prices
Nurture customer relationships along with your colleagues in the recruitment team
Being responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
Participate in individual and corporate development projects
Follow CRM structure and use our CRM efficiently (HubSpot) and keep a good CRM hygiene
Strive to become an expert in (recruitment)sales incl self-development/self-studies

Qualifications
Previous B2B sales experience minimum 2 years
A university degree - preferably in Business Management, Marketing or Communication
Excellent command of English
Digital native
A positive mindset who seeks opportunities
Strong communication skills and Business acumen
Goal oriented and hard working with a persistent attitude (grit)
You seek knowledge (Your browsing history includes a lot of Google searches starting with "best practices on ...")
You have experience in working with software as a tool to make your work more efficient (CRMs, ATSs, booking software or similar)
