ABOUT THE POSITION AS AN INTERNATIONAL PROJECT MANAGER
We are continuing our on-going expansion across Europe and North America and are therefore looking for one or several Project Managers to join our advisory team.
In the role as Project Manager, you will independently be supporting our Swedish and International clients in creating conditions to improve their equality and diversity efforts. A lot of the work will be tied to our proprietary software, and many times focus will be on organizational structure, job evaluation, and analysis of data from an equal pay perspective. Since PIHR always strives to be data-driven when giving advice, we are looking for candidates that like numbers and analyses.
Your background is probably within consulting and/or the HR related field with at least 5 - 10 years' work experience. You are a person that thrives from adding value and you gain energy from working with dedication in several projects at a time. You are comfortable with and have experience from leading larger projects at C-level with clients. You are known for being an excellent facilitator in workshops and team meetings and are fluent in English and Swedish.
