Last year we increased both order intake and the team of Teleoptimists (that's what we call ourselves) and we are today we are 200 colleagues, representing many cultures, located at 18 offices around the globe.
Now we are on the lookout for yet another star to our team based in Stockholm, Sweden. As our new Project Manager you will be responsible for delivering first class Teleopti WFM projects to our customers and partners. Now is an excellent time to join and make your mark! This is a highly autonomous role and your projects can both be of shorter and longer character, delivered from our Stockholm office or on site with customers mainly in the Nordics and Europe. You will be part of the Professional Services team and work closely with Technical Consulting, our customers and other stakeholders.?
Tasks can be:
• Define, run, and lead projects together with our customers and partners
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project COSTs
• Revenue responsibility for the projects and revenue contribution to the Company
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
How about you?
Ideal candidate has technical university degree, an analytical and problem-solving attitude combined with excellent communication skills in Swedish and English. Knowledge in other European languages is considered advantageous.
You should have a minimum of three years of experience from project management and experience from IT-projects is a plus. Experience from working with business solution systems like WFM/WFO/HR/CRM is considered an advantage.
You are a person with drive and analytical skills who likes to be a part of a team as well as leading a team. You take creative initiatives, have a passion for new challenges and work systematically to achieve your goals. You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where change is a natural element and the decision paths are short.
The position is located in Stockholm, but requires traveling in the Nordic countries as well as in Europe.
