hela Sverige The International Project Controller (PC) is responsible for the financial part of the project and will be providing expert assistance in the creation and maintenance of project schedule, financial analysis, financial reporting and risk management.
The PC will be assigned to international projects and will be a key member of the project team. His/her main function will be to promote an understanding and use of financial processes within the project, to monitor and challenge the output of the project team and to support the decision making process. The PC will report to Director Global Project Delivery and will not have a P/L-responsibility for any projects.
Requirements/Qualifications:
= Overall responsibility for budget- and financial reporting of the Projects
= System owner and overall responsibility for the Project follow-up file
= Interact with, and support the Project Leader in all financial issues within the Project
= Ensure that global procedures concerning financial follow-up systems are available and updated and compliant with corporate guidelines
= Overall responsibility for profit distribution within the projects
= Monitor the risk process to secure that exposures are reported and managed appropriately
= Support the Project Leader in tracking on activity level and support in re-negotiation of contracts
= Overall responsibility for managing the invoicing process within the project
= Interact with senior management across disciplines
= Support the Marketing & Sales organization in the proposal stage
