www.ikanogroup.comDina arbetsuppgifterIkano Bank is looking for an International Senior Product Manager who will own, further shape and front our products within the open invoice area through our partner E-Commerce channel, as well as in-store.
You will be responsible and accountable for:
• Working closely with business leads to develop and execute product plans
• Understanding the international market trends and industry regulations
• Owning the product vision and the product road map, articulating the non-functional features that should seed the product backlog
• Wing to wing knowledge and TCO responsible for the Open Invoice product, and actively managing the cost of the product
• Performing analysis on the technical, operational, and environment considerations for new product development and differentiating/expanding products
• Pricing strategies and evaluating product positioning
• Rolling up product dashboard and provide additional, communications to the markets and stakeholders
• Liaising with the market's and operations and other key organization members, such as product owner, to know more about the voice of the client with a customer engagement plan (CEP) and update the product road map
• Defining product requirements, writing clear specifications for complex features and functionality
• Monitoring impact of product features and key metrics
• On a daily basis you will work closely with a dedicated team of developers and designers to define and create a great user experience.
Kvalifikationer• +5 years of product management experience from the international E-Commerce industry regarding payments or other technologies from the retail business and financial industry, and a strong understanding of eChannels and Banking.
• Superior quantitative/analytic reasoning and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to think strategically, implement tactically and work across functions.
• General understanding of core banking platforms and their capabilities are a key asset to the role
• Proven experience working with: agile and scrum methodologies, data analytics, creating user interfaces through wireframes and mockups, familiar with HTML, CSS and major web standards, as well as a track record of working closely with developers to build consumer facing online payment products
• High degree of technical understanding and IT knowledge in the E-Commerce payment value chain
• Possess excellent relationship and verbal and written communication skills and be a team player who thrives in a high pressure environment
• Experience in developing clear policies and procedures.
• Strong decision making skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities and efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in leading presentations to executives, peers and all other stakeholder groups
• An academic degree (minimum bachelor or similar)
• Fluent English in speech and writing
