Do you want to work with international support, helping our customers to get the most from the best commercial infrared cameras and software in the world?

You will be working in a team that provides support to our end users and global sales organization. The position typically includes troubleshooting installations of our PC software and resolving communication and connectivity problems between cameras and PCs. The position will report to Product Management.

At Product Management, we define future products, carry out market analysis and research, produce end-user technical documentation, and manage the support organization.

You should have in-depth knowledge of and experience in some of the following areas:

Microsoft® Windows
Microsoft® Office
Programming skills
LabVIEW® ( http://www.ni.com/labview )
Network and communication protocols (USB, FireWire, Ethernet, etc.)

You will be working as an agent in the RightNow support system ( http://www.rightnow.com ).

You must be fluent in English and able to formulate clear, understandable answers over the telephone and using e-mail. You will also have excellent social skills and a genuine interest in and the ability to create relation networks.
