ABOUT THE POSITION
As International Partner Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the whole sales cycle - from identifying and qualifying leads, to conducting meetings with potential partners, and finally negotiating and signing new partners on a global scale. The sales cycle is long, and we are looking for a dedicated partnership manager with a go-get attitude, driven by building long term relationships.

You will also leverage relationships with existing partners to accelerate growth through new business opportunities, for example by driving joint marketing initiatives to generate quantifiable demand in new markets. In this role, you manage and support partner on-boarding, and continue to work closely with partners to develop partner success metrics that drive revenue growth. Simply put, it is your job to create happy partnerships, that will generate leads, meetings and revenue.

We believe that you are a very self driven person with an entrepreneurial spirit and commercial mindset. To succeed in this role, you need to be comfortable with working on your own, while ensuring cross functional collaboration across product, marketing, sales and customer success, to align partnership initiatives.

The role requires a lot of engagement, and gives development and growth in return, which is why we believe that you have a couple of years experience in B2B sales and feel comfortable with the required self leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Structured- with great planning and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication skills, you have a natural ability to connect with people and build strong and long-lasting relationships.
• You can manage stakeholders at all levels.
• Self-driven with an entrepreneurial spirit, and commercial mindset.
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.
• English, working proficiency level.

DETAILS

Start: April/May.

Employment type: Full time.

Location: Central Stockholm. Flexible hours, but please note that this is not a remote position.

Salary: By Agreement.
