INTERNATIONAL MARKETER
Are you a dedicated person with strong marketing skills who wants to make a difference? And would you like to become part of a dynamic, global environment? Then you could be our new colleague. VikingGenetics is looking for an ambitious and passionate international marketer to our marketing de-partment. You will be a part of a marketing team of 6 persons, and report directly to our Marketing Manager. The position is a cover for a maternal leave for at least 9 months.
Your main tasks will be:
• Be responsible for campaigns, from ideas to the end, together with the internal marketing team and external partners
• Adjust our messages to suit different markets
• Develop material for use on global market to increase the understanding of our product and in-crease our sales.
• Develop product marketing in close cooperation with breeding, R&D and rest of Sales & Market-ing department
• Follow competitors and their marketing strategies
• Deliver on ad hoc smaller marketing tasks
In this role, you will be working closely with colleagues from different parts of the organization and good networking and relation-building skills are a prerequisite. We see this position as an important role in the organization to ensure the understanding and execution of sales approach that is more mar-ket oriented than technical oriented to create value and growth in a partner sales approach in markets with relative low market shares.
Workplace: Skara, Hollola (near Lahti) or Randers.
Your qualifications:
• Great communication skills.
• High level of written and spoken English. Preferable also German and other languages.
• You hold a master 's degree in international marketing
• We expect you to be curious, energetic, structured with a flexible approach
• Be a team player, who is comfortable working independently
• Be a strong performer, taking initiative, providing high quality results and keeping tight deadlines.
• Knowledge about the dairy industry is preferable.
