We are seeking a flexible high potential person with a can-do attitude for a 1-year temporary position within the MVI Marketing Team in Nacka Sweden. In this position you will be Product Manager for our range of products around the workstation (hardware and software solutions) and value add offer. This covers a wide range of products from operator interface devices (such as socket selector, operator panel, stacklight, I/O expander) to more advanced devices (such as displays, indicator box) enabling complete solutions for the customer.
As an International Marketer/ Product Manager you will be working in a global environment and be a key person in managing a product portfolio. You will be part of the Total WorkStation Team and in your role you are responsible to drive your products in all MVI segments and to collaborate closely with our sister division GI, focusing on the General Industry. In close cooperation with our MVI Product Marketing Team and R&D you will be an indispensable party in transforming and extending our offer to a new and more competitive technology that brings added value to our customers in the industry.
In this position, you will also be working with developing new ideas into sellable products in order to broaden our offer and increase the business.
The Total WorkStation product portfolio includes intelligent positioning systems and a wide selection of devices for all types of workstations (handheld, semi-auto, automatic).
Main tasks involve:
• Full responsibility of a/ several product(s) involving product planning, requirement handling, pricing and pruning.
• Be the link between marketing and R&D when developing new products within your product range, in-house or with external partners.
• Be the specialist on how your product can best be applied to customer applications, documenting and sharing best practices to the customer centers globally.
• Develop value propositions and value based sales arguments for the product solutions with focus on total cost of ownership, in order to ramp up sales.
• Drive marketing activities such as product launches and product training.
• Daily and efficient product support to customer centers.
• You will also work closely with technical development and support teams.
The position requires frequent travelling.

The person we are looking for holds a Master's Degree in engineering. You have a clear interest in sales and marketing. Relevant experience from R&D and/or marketing in a B2B environment is needed. We expect you to be fluent in English.

Our office is situated in Sickla/Nacka, 8 minutes from Central Stockholm.
