As we continue to grow internationally, we're looking for an International Logistics Specialist to join our team in Järfälla, Stockholm.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience within international logistics and is looking to take the next step in their career. You'll join a growing, global company where you'll gain broad exposure to international trade, transportation and customs processes while working closely with colleagues and partners around the world.
In this varied role, you'll support logistics activities across multiple international markets and contribute to ensuring efficient and compliant logistics flows as Midsummer continues its global expansion.
What you'll do
Support and coordinate international shipments, import/export activities and transport operations
Manage export, import, shipping and customs documentation
Act as a key point of contact for colleagues regarding logistics, customs and transportation matters
Troubleshoot logistics-related issues, delays and deviations
Support compliance with customs, trade and transportation requirements
Contribute to the development and improvement of logistics processes and ways of working
Collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers and logistics partners worldwide
Support colleagues with questions related to imports, exports, customs procedures and international transportation
What we're looking forExperience & Knowledge
2–5 years of experience within international logistics, import/export, transportation or shipping
Experience working with customs processes and import/export documentation
Familiarity with international freight flows and logistics providers
Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

Knowledge of Incoterms and international trade regulations
Experience from manufacturing, industrial production or other international business environments
