Job brief
We are looking for a reliable Logistics assistant to be responsible for Kasthall 's global logistic setup, delivering on our focus areas: Customer experience beyond expectation, while constantly reducing Kasthall 's environmental footprint, and optimizing cost. Your workplace is at the mill in Kinna and working hours are Monday to Friday 07:00- 16:00.
Responsibilities
Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, and global transportation
Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
Keep track of quality, quantity, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
Responding to any issues or complaints
Working with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations.
Arrange warehouse, catalogue goods, plan routes and process within shipments.
Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.
Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements.
Comply with regulations, export, custom and duty.
Requirements and skills
Proven working experience in Logistics.
Organizing skills
Proactiveness and always looking for improvement solutions.
Proficient in standard logistics software
Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
Strong IT skills, we operate with ERP-JEEVES.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English
