JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Account Manager for our English-speaking markets (mainly US and UK), your job will be to initiate and develop client relationships via telephone, live meetings, delivery workshops and events.

• Once a relationship is established, you will take part in project management and final deliveries while continuously engaging in business development.
• You will help HR communication teams to get the buy-in from management and stakeholders for their Talent Acquisition projects, and to evaluate the progress and success of their work.
• In order to support our sales efforts, there are various sales and marketing activities you will participate in and eventually drive yourself.
• You will get first-hand experience from working with well-known international corporations, brand names and top academic institutions.
• You will negotiate with clients from different cultural backgrounds and work in an international and dynamic team.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• We are looking for independent and driven people who see themselves as future experts in the field of Online Talent Communication and candidate experience
• We would like you to build your personal brand within these areas and represent Potentialpark as an account manager, speaker and marketer
• We are looking for native English speakers or persons with fluency in English at a native speaking level (both written and spoken), fluency in additional languages is a plus
• You can understand and explain complex matters, such as research methodology, quantitative and qualitative research results, and trends in areas such as the ones listed above.
• You are organized and able to prioritize and track tasks and manage your time efficiently
• You have strong negotiation and inter-personal skills
• You are positive and communicative, you can smile face-to-face and over the phone and are able to dispatch energy among the team
• Preferably you have 1-2 years experience with sales and/ or marketing and know how to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• You like to travel and are ready to relocate to the beautiful city of Stockholm
• A start-up mentality in a flat organization sounds like the perfect work environment for you
